タルト生地のチーズケーキにはまりました。フルーツタルトとチーズケーキが大好きなので、出会えて本当に嬉しかったです。この日は、チーズケーキガートーショコラ定番のフルーツタルト夏限定桃とレモンのケーキをお持ち帰り。お店はカフェも併設していてランチをいただく事が出来ます。今度利用してみたいな^_^ケーキの感想は桃の爽やかな甘さとジューシーな肉厚たっぷり桃も使われていて大満足です。こちらは底生地はパイ生地で、ペロリと軽く食べられます。冒頭に書いたタルト生地のチーズケーキは、ベイクドなので舌触りの重たーいチーズチーズの酸味もちょうど良く甘過ぎないのがよかったです。タルト生地もクッキー生地で、個人的には大好きな組み合わせ。中に入っているベリーがのおかげで、フルーティーな酸味も足されて、最後まで飽きる事なく頂く事ができます。写真は、夫に『どっち食べたい？』と連絡様に撮影したチョコケーキ達。一口だけ頂きましたが、濃厚チョコで美味しかったです^_^
